We packed up two giant food trucks, wrapped them in amazing Homeland and DEXTER® artwork, outfitted them with a SHO-Cone machine and all kinds of premium giveaways, and made our way across the US to some of the best college towns in the country.

From driving in to College Station following the sounds of the midnight yell to handing out ponchos to rain soaked co-eds at Michigan State; celebrating the news of Homeland’s 6 Emmy wins on the sidewalks of New York to epic corn-hole battles in the shadow of Soldier Field in Chicago – we had an amazing run!

Many thanks to every single one of you for sharing in this incredible event, the first ever SHOWTIME® Tailgate Tour, with us! Getting to be a part of your creative photo opportunity poses, your super spirited face painting requests, and the overall enthusiasm for SHOWTIME® and our original series Homeland and DEXTER® was amazing.

So, whether you’re a Spartan or a Longhorn; a Fighting Irish or a UIC Flame or any other of the amazing students we got to meet and hangout with, keep watching SHOWTIME® and thank you again for this one of a kind experience.

We are so happy that we stayed in Chicago for a few extra days and visited the University of Illinois at Chicago and Chicago University! Not only did we experience the last days of summer weather, but we also had an amazing time meeting with you between classes to talk about the SHOWTIME® Original Series Homeland and DEXTER®.

Thanks for hanging out with us and even coming back for seconds with more friends in tow! We had a blast taking pictures of you in front of the Homeland and DEXTER® truck art for your Facebook and Twitter pages; so much fun in fact that we were hardly able to leave as you guys kept showing up looking for our great giveaways and free SHO-Cones.

Notre Dame – we came to Chicago, ate some deep dish pizza and Chicago style Char-dogs, and then made our way to Soldier Field for your game versus Miami. The frigid temperatures didn’t stop you from coming out in droves and even getting amped over the SHO-Cones. That tough Midwestern constitution is nothing to joke about!

Our face painter was a hit and came up with some really fantastic thematic Notre Dame designs. We decided the best time to hit up Boston, a city crawling with college students, was at night when they were out to play. So, we sent word to Northeastern and Boston University that we’d be coming to town. And here’s the best thing about being in a city that’s teaming with students: we got to spend time Berklee College of Music and Emerson College students too!

Thanks for meeting us after class and before you headed out for the night! We loved hearing about your love of DEXTER® and Homeland and even more – supplying laundry bags to students in need!

Chicago: we couldn’t get enough! Despite braving cold temperatures, we loved this city and decided to set up shop here for a few days after having an amazing time at the Notre Dame game at Soldier Field.

We’re going to visit the University of Illinois at Chicago from 12 – 3 pm on Tuesday, October 9^th. Look for our truck on S Halsted between W Polk St and W Taylor St.

Then we’ll head over to Hyde Park to tour the area surrounding University of Chicago from 3:30-4:30 and find all you off campus students! Please click here to view the truck’s tour route at the University of Chicago.

We loved that Texas football pride so much that The SHOWTIME® Tailgate Tour decided to stay for one more weekend of it and head to the University of Texas at Austin!

Maybe we just wanted a chance to say “Hook ‘em Horns”, but mostly we wanted to help you through the last days of Texan summer with some refreshing SHO-Cones and to get you pumped up for the big game with some great DEXTER® and Homeland giveaways, face painting, and tailgating games.

Fresh off our tour of East Coast colleges The SHOWTIME® Tailgate Tour is headed to the Windy City for the Notre Dame versus Miami game at Soldier Field.

We’ll be setting up shop for this epic showdown at The Field Museum from 3:30 pm - 7:30 pm on Saturday, October 6^th. Stop by for one of of the last SHO-Cones of the season! Fresh off of our NYU and Columbia events we’re heading to one of the most famous college towns in the world - Boston, Massachusetts to get a taste of the city’s nightlife with students from Boston University and Northeastern!

This time we took it to the streets and visited with fans one on one; distributed our giveaways (you know how much college students need laundry bags!) and painted faces!

Atlanta, GA was the first midweek stop on The SHOWTIME® Tailgate Tour. We visited Atlantic Station, a popular shopping destination in the heart of Atlanta and a favorite location for Georgia Tech students.

We fired up the SHO-Cone machine, pulled out our brand new custom Homeland and DEXTER® corn hole game, distributed giveaways, and treated Atlanta to a fun afternoon of revelry and games!

We’ve been in small towns with giant stadiums, big cities with even bigger stadiums, and as we travel across America we couldn’t resist stopping in the world’s stage: New York City.

We’ll be visiting two of the city’s premier colleges to hand out great giveaways, take memorabilia DEXTER® and Homeland custom photos, and cool you off in the city made of pavement with a refreshing SHO-Cone.

We’ll first visit New York University at 12:00 pm on the corner of West 4^th Street and Greene Street. Then we’ll stop by Columbia University at 2:30 pm on the corner of Broadway between 115^th Street and 116^th Street.

They say everything is bigger in Texas, so we’re bringing our big-time SHOWTIME® Tailgate Tour truck, DEXTER® and Homeland giveaways, and delicious SHO-Cones down South for a taste of the action!

We’ll be at Texas A&M University on Saturday, September 29^th from 8:00 am – 12 pm for their game against the University of Arkansas. Come look for our truck and brand ambassadors in the Fan Zone of Kyle Field.
